COMMISSION PROCESS

​

Step by step ordering process. Please make sure that you have read and agreed to TERMS AND SERVICES before proceeding with ordering.

STEP 1 - FILL OUT FORM

To order, please fill out the form found HERE with your commission details and send it to me via email at rinzelyue@gmail.com. Once I have reviewed your order, I will contact you and once it has been approved then I will place you onto the order-list.

STEP 2 - PAYMENT

When it is your turn in the list, I will contact you to let you know I am ready to work on your order. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal and depending on the type of commission, full or partial payment must be paid before I start your commission. Please bear in mind that I tend to work on multiple commissions and personal projects at a time, the commission order is not determined by the queue/list.

STEP 3 - PROGRESS

A sketch/sketches will be sent to you for approval. I will check back with you for approval at the lineart and color stage as well, especially for orders that do not have a reference sheet. Depending on the order, I may skip the sketch step if clear references are provided. 

​

STEP 4 - EDITS

Three minor adjustments are included in the price  and one edit for major adjustments. If more than one major adjustments is required, those will be charged per major adjustments.

Sketch stage - After I do a rough sketch out your order, I will send you a screenshot to make sure the pose/character design/expression is what you want it to be. Usually I don't count any edits in the sketch process unless they are redoing the entire sketch multiple times 

​

Lineart stage - This is where I properly draw the lines on your commission and you see the detail really pop. Any edits in this stage should really only be with the lineart. 

​

Flat color stage - Here is where I like to get the color just right especially if your references are photo or written detail only. Any edits in this stage should really only be with the color. Once the color stage is approved, I will finish off your order with lighting and shadows.

STEP 5 - FINISHED ORDER

Once you are happy with your completed order, I will email you the file or zip file that will contain all the sizes or file types that you need. Please download and check to make sure that everything is received and back up your files to your own device. Note that if you do lose your files, I reserve the right to have no obligation to provide you with the files again as it was noted here I did advise for clients to back up the files to their own system/device. Orders are only for a digital product, no physical product will be delivered.

STEP 6 - STREAMING

I will not always stream a commission especially if it is a big project. Sometimes I will choose to work on offline to dedicate my full concentration to the order and communicate with you via email of your progress. If I do stream your order, I will let you know.
