GENERAL TERMS

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these terms:

Your commission is for your personal, non-profit use ONLY.
It is not to be used for commercial purposes with such examples being but not limited to: art prints, prints on merchandise and online store merchandise. This includes direct and indirect forms of income. If you wish to order a commission for commercial purposes or have a previously ordered commission that you wish to now use for commercial purposes, the commercial rights must be purchased from me first. See Commercial Licenses below for more info.

Social Media Sharing
You can use your commission to share and post on social media, use as a profile picture/banner or as part of your stream schedule and prints for your own personal use.

Resale and NFTs
Strictly no resale or minting my artwork for NFTs or any crypto-currency related activities

Artist Credit
Credit is not required but appreciated if you wish to do so in your panels, bio, description or other related spaces - RinzelYue on Twitch, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.

Do not steal, trace, edit, re-color, resizing, re-create, copy, claim my artwork or allow others to use my work without asking permission.
If you wish to have your artwork edited, inquire with me first as depending on the edit it will either be at no cost or a have small editing cost. If it is a minor edit that that you wish to do yourself, please check with me first to see if it is ok.
I reserve the right to stream your commission as I work on them.
However if you do need to keep your commission secret for certain time as it could be a surprise or a reveal, please let me know in your order form. I will withhold from streaming and/or uploading the video of that commission's progress work up to six months from the date of completion.

I reserve the right to use any commissioned work on my websites, social media, videos and streams for promotional purposes.
For portfolio and advertisement purposes, commissioned works will usually be displayed and showcased.

COMMERCIAL LICENCES AND RUSH ORDERS

Rush Orders

For rush orders, an extra charge of 50% of the price will be added. This type of order is any order with a deadline within 1 week to 1 month. Rush orders are counted from the date of payment.

Commercial Licence

1.5x Price : Promotional material and branding License (Twitch/Youtube usage, online shop or branded website)

1.5x - 2x Price : Merchandise and bulk production License

Commercial purposes are defined by but not limited to: art prints, prints on merchandise and online store merchandise, online store banners, website assets (eg. avatar, banner, logo), stream assets (eg. scene illustration, video thumbnail, monetized promotional video).

Emote and badge commissions will not require a commercial license for it to be used as a stream asset unless it is intended to be used also as prints or merchandise or online store assets. Posting/sharing your commission on social media does NOT require a commercial license.

REFUND POLICY

Cancelling your order

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, the amount you are refunded will be determined by how much work has already been done on your commission.

No work - 95% Refund (Paypal takes a processing fee)
Sketch stage - 70% Refund
Linework - 50% Refund
Base Color - 40% Refund
Lighting or Shading - 0% Refund as your order is practically finished

I reserve the right to terminate a commission

If there is a lack of appropriate communication or respect, I will cancel a commission and refund the appropriate amount to the client. Please treat me like you expect me to treat you. There is no tolerance for unreasonable or disrespectful attitudes. I want to give you the best experience so please do the same for me.
